I'm Meenal Rathi, Vice President of Human Resources at a mid-sized pharmaceutical company based in Atlanta, GA. With over 15 years of global HR experience, I’ve had the opportunity to lead transformative people strategies that strengthen leadership, foster inclusive cultures, and drive organizational performance.
My journey into HR began after starting my career as an RF engineer in India. Though I earned a degree in electronics and communication, I quickly realized my passion was not in technology but in understanding people—how they grow, work, and lead. That discovery led me into Learning and development, and I’ve never looked back. Over the years, I’ve built a career in developing talent, enabling leaders, and aligning HR strategy with business goals.
A key area of focus for me is championing women in leadership. I’m proud to have helped sponsor and launch the first Women in Leadership Initiative (WLI) at my current organization. This program is centered on empowering women through mentoring, training, networking opportunities, and giving back to the community. Creating intentional space for women to rise, connect, and lead has been one of the most meaningful parts of my work.
Having lived and worked across both India and the United States, I bring a global lens to leadership and people development. I’m passionate about building inclusive environments where individuals, especially women, can thrive, lead authentically, and create lasting impact.
