Appointed as an Executive Advisor to the La Roche University Strategic AI Program, supporting curriculum design, applied research, and industry insight.

Jen Molinaro is Vice President of Talent Management, Inclusion and Diversity at Ashland, where she established and leads the global talent management and inclusion strategy supporting employees across more than 100 countries. Her work spans leadership development, succession, performance management, employee listening, and cultural transformation, with regular engagement at the executive and Board level. Prior to Ashland, Jen held senior talent and HR leadership roles at Kontoor Brands and VF Corporation, following a 14-year career in talent management consulting with Development Dimensions International. She holds a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Carlow University and a bachelor’s degree in Writing from Edinboro University.
