Appointed as an Executive Advisor to the La Roche University Strategic AI Program, supporting curriculum design, applied research, and industry insight.

With more than 15 years of experience across real estate development, facilities, construction, and procurement within the restaurant industry, I am a cross-functional leader who bridges strategy and execution. I combine deep technical expertise, trade licenses, and formal leadership development to drive disciplined growth, operational excellence, and scalable infrastructure. My experience includes real estate site selection and due diligence, development planning, contract negotiation, equipment supply chain strategy, team building, policy development, and the deployment of cutting-edge technology and software. I currently serve as the Senior Director of Development and Facilities at bartaco, a fast-growing and innovative casual dining brand. In this role, I oversee all facilities and equipment functions while partnering closely with development, construction, operations, finance, and real estate teams. I support 30+ locations across 15 states and play a key role in the ongoing growth of our U.S. portfolio—from early site evaluation through opening and long-term asset performance. Beyond day-to-day operations, I am an influential collaborator and strategic innovator in the facilities and development space. I serve on the Customer Advisory Board for Ecotrak, contributing to the evolution of technology that optimizes facility performance and reduces cost at scale. I am also a Board Officer of the Restaurant Facility Management Association (RFMA), where I help advance the industry through education, thought leadership, and the sharing of best practices with peers and partners.
